Listening lies at the heart of my commitment to supporting you. It goes beyond merely hearing your words; it encompasses understanding the nuances of how you express yourself. From the tone of your voice to the expressions on your face and the subtleties of your body language, I pay close attention to the full spectrum of communication.
We all know how easy it can be to say something without truly meaning it, especially in the realm of digital communication. I’ll be honest—I’ve been there too. Sometimes I wanted to get back to work and ignored the signals from my mind and body, pushing through and telling others what I believed they wanted to hear instead of expressing my true thoughts.
It’s time to pause and truly listen.
In addition to sharing your thoughts, listening to the messages your mind and body are sending you is crucial. Sometimes what they tell you may not align with what you want to hear. Perhaps it’s staying in a job that brings you unhappiness due to financial obligations or remaining in an unsatisfying relationship out of fear of being alone. The list of conflicting desires goes on and on.
Before our initial conversation, we will have a Discovery Call, which can take place over the phone, through Teams, or via Zoom. This call serves as an essential step to ensure that we are a good fit for one another. Establishing trust is vital for our partnership to thrive, as it fosters an environment where you can feel comfortable being open and honest with me.
A few days before our scheduled meeting, you will receive a brief questionnaire to complete*. This questionnaire will form the basis of our initial discussion and allow me to better serve and support you throughout your time with Inspiración Coaching.
