If you do not have the original confirmation, provide the confirmation number and the last four digits of the payment card used. Rest assured that we will handle your request promptly and efficiently. We will also keep you informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund is approved, the process will be initiated, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe. Please note that the exact duration may vary depending on the policies of your financial institution.

While the refund may have been processed from our end, it can take some time for the funds to be fully allocated back to you, depending on the policies of the organization involved. It is important to note that if you made your purchase using a Gift Card or Discount Code, only the amount you paid on your card will be eligible for a refund. The value of the Gift Card or Discount Code used will not be included in the refund amount.
