4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments must be made in full prior to accessing any courses or coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other methods specified at the point of sale.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction.

How to Cancel:

  1. Notify us in writing at hello@inspiracioncoaching.com within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Refunds for physical products will be processed once items are returned in their original, unused condition.
  3. Refunds for digital products, including the Rise Beyond Doubt course, will only be issued if no part of the content has been accessed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request or the returned product (if applicable).

6. Delivery of Services

  • Digital content is delivered immediately upon payment unless otherwise specified.
  • Coaching sessions and live events are scheduled in advance and must be used within the agreed timeframe. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, including course content, provided by Inspiración Coaching are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Inspiración Coaching and the Journal Journey Network shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
  • Failure to achieve specific results from the use of coaching or course materials.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
