Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Yvette, a part-time academic who has found immense joy in life while pursuing a career as a full-time Coach.

Before I transitioned into coaching, I had the privilege of working in the aviation sector, both on the ground and in the air. Throughout my career, I’ve assumed various roles, often juggling multiple responsibilities in a single day. From comforting nervous flyers to mentoring new staff, and even providing an outlet for frustrated passengers, I’ve gained invaluable experiences that have shaped my passion for helping people.
So, why did I choose to pursue coaching?
The answer lies in my deep-rooted desire to witness individuals achieve their goals. In some of my previous roles, I found myself constrained by directives that prioritised monetary gains and key performance indicators over the genuine needs of those I served. This disheartened me, as I felt I was doing a disservice to these individuals. Transitioning into coaching allows me to place the well-being of my clients at the forefront.
As a coach, my philosophy centres around honesty and integrity. If the evidence suggests that a particular path or endeavour isn’t suitable for someone, I firmly believe they should be made aware of it. No one should be set up for failure or encouraged to invest in something that doesn’t align with their true potential.
Coaching enables me to focus entirely on you and your goals. Together, we will embark on a transformative journey, starting with our “Listen” phase, where I ensure your voice is heard and understood. Moving forward, the “Guide” phase will empower you to overcome any obstacles that have hindered your progress.
