FAQ

Founded in 2022 Inspiración Coaching is run by Yvette. From her time at university until today, Yvette is the person her friends and colleagues call on. They seek her out to listen to their stories and provide them with guidance and support. Someone said, “You have a calming influence.” They also mentioned, “Nothing phases you – have you considered being a life coach?” This is when the seeds were sown. There are several routes available within the signature programme “Loving Life Loving“:

  • Lite – which is a pay-as-you-go option
  • Plus – a 6-session taster programme
  • Ultra – which is a 3-month or 6-month package option 

We offer a three-pillar approach to our coaching:

  • Listen
  • Guide
  • Support

Our aim is for you to be loving your life. Love whatever it is that has brought you to us. Whether that is yourself, your career, or your relationship. We start with the listening phase. This enables us to find out more about you. We learn where you are currently and what direction you would like to take. From this, we work on a range of techniques to guide you on your journey. The final stage is supporting you – there is no better feeling than seeing people succeeding.

The initial session {as part of the Loving Life Loving: Ultra programmes} is 90 minutes. All subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.

We will not direct you or force you to make any changes in your life. That decision is only for you to make. 

CONFIDENTIAL 

All of our discussions/communication will remain confidential. We do have a duty of care and if you say or do something that causes concern “i.e. potential harm to you or someone else” we will have to raise that.

Based in the UK. At the moment the sessions will be held online {Zoom/Teams}, once face-to-face sessions are available I will update this section.

After your Discovery Call, you will be sent a link to book your package. All of our options can be found online. 

Coaching {at the moment} is not a regulated industry; therefore, no official qualifications are required to coach. However, as the sector grows the need to have industry-approved qualifications will be required. I have previous teaching-related qualifications. I am currently completing my training in coaching with an ICF-approved organisation – The Clique Academy. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation which oversees the quality and core competencies of the coaching industry. My current list of qualifications:
